1. Return And Exchange:
- These items are made to order and many items are personalized. Therefore, we will not accept returns when customers choose the wrong size. So check size chart before ordering, you still can contact to us in 24 hours after order was made if you want to change any order information (for free), we will update so do it as soon as possible.
- If 15 days gone since your package is delivered, unfortunately, we can not accept your return and we can not provide any refund or exchange.
- When your return your product, product must be “unused”, excellent conditions and original package. Otherwise your return not accept and No provide refund or exchange.
- If you’d like to return or exchange product. Please contact us an email at [email protected], our customer service team will review your claim.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers have to provide photos, proofs which causes the unhappiness of the orders before making any decision on returning the orders.
2. Damaged Items or Low Quality:

We shall send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
- After making purchase, customer have 24 hour to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund.
- Please note: If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out, please contact us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel since we are not able to call it back at that time. we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. Refund will be issued as soon as parcel begins to return.
